Native jollof rice with pomo

Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsrice
  2. 1/2 cuppalm oil
  3. 1/4 cuproughly blended crayfish
  4. 2Stock cubes
  5. 2 tbspground pepper
  6. Salt (to taste)
  7. Ponmo (as desired)
  8. 1 bunchscent leaves (shredded)
  9. 1medium size onion

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Parboil and wash the rice and boil in water level with the rice

  2. 2

    Add all the remaining ingredients except half the onions and the shredded scent leaves

  3. 3

    Cook, adding water as it dries until it's tender. Let the water dry.

  4. 4

    Add the remaining onions and shredded scent leaves and cover for two minutes, then stir and serve
