Beat the eggs and coat the cod with the flour
- 2
Chop the onion, red and green peppers.

Steamed Cod Slices and Bacon with Tomato Sauce
I wanted to use light-flavoured cod for an easy microwaved dish.Do not pour on the tomatoes. Spread underneath to create a better looking dish! The tomato sauce will absorb the flavour of the cod and bacon. The melting cheese is very tasty with the tomato sauce, cod and bacon. This is a quick dish, so it is handy for unplanned dinner parties. Great with wine. Recipe by Sutekinigohanchan

Salmon Meunière with Creamy Tomato Sauce
I like salted salmon, but sometimes I want to eat a western style meunière. I thought a creamy tomato sauce would go well with it.You can use king oyster mushrooms or shimeji mushrooms instead of button mushrooms. Pasta with Tuna and Tomato Sauce
I came up with this recipe after much thought. Tomato sauce is just not enough, but if you add some heavy cream, it is so delicious. For the tomato sauce I usedDuring Step 2, you can simmer over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes. If you can't make the sauce at the same time as the pasta, add some hot salt water to the sauce pan instead.-You can use just the tomatoes and tuna.-You can serve 2~3 people if you use a lot of sauce. Linguini with fresh Tomato Sauce (Makaronia Me Tomata Salsa)
This recipe has been sitting in my draft box for a while now, but for some reason I really never got around to making it. Today, it’s very cold and at the moment it’s snowing and I don’t want to make soup, so I decided on this delicious pasta dish which will work just fine. New Year Eve seems to getting closer, and I still haven’t planned out the New Year Eve Menu not really sure what it is I want to make 😦 but one thing I do know for sure is we will be making the classic Greek Cake Vasilopita.During the holidays we tend to make too much food and this means too many leftovers. This year there was wayyy to much leftovers than previous years, the reason as you all know was due to the fact of the passing of our dog Marka, no one really had a appetite for eating big…:( Life must go on and so it will as the New Year approaches.I hope you enjoy this delicious pasta dish not to many ingredients and very quick to make. 🙂

Tomato Sauce with Anchovies
While anchovy fillets are undeniably fishy, the salty funkiness of these little fish is their strength.
