Ingredients

  1. 4crabs, cut into pieces
  2. 2onion paste
  3. 1 teaspoonginger garlic paste
  4. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  5. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  6. 1coriander powder
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1/2 teaspoonsugar
  9. 2 tablespoonstomato puree
  10. 2green chillies
  11. 1 teaspoongaram masala powder
  12. 3 tablespoonsmustard oil

Cooking Instructions

    Clean the crab with warm water and marinate with salt, turmeric and red chilli powder for 10 minutes.

    Heat oil in a pan and whole garam masala, once they sizzling add onion paste and keep on stirring until it is cooked properly. This will take about 2 minutes. Then add ginger garlic paste and all spice powder.

    After a minute add tomato puree, green chillies then add crabs mix well.

    Mix all ingredients properly then add 1 cup of water and allow it to boil at medium flame for 8 - 10 minutes. Once done, switch off the flame and it is ready to be serve.

    Serve Bengali Style Crab Curry along with Steamed Rice for a weekday Lunch or Dinner.
