Ingredients

  1. 4potatoes
  2. 100 gramsCurd
  3. 2 tspGhee
  4. 1/2 tspCumin Seeds
  5. 1 tspRed Chilli Flakes
  6. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Boil 4 Potatoes, peel them & chop them in equal sizes

  2. 2

    Add Ghee to a pan, then add potatoes until they turn a bit golden, then add cumin seeds

  3. 3

    Add Salt, the add Red Chilli Flakes & fry the potatoes until they turn golden brown

  4. 4

    Mix the potatoes well, then add a cup of normal water, meanwhile beat fresh curd, add a bit of water for the finess.

    Now add beaten curd to the Potatoes, mix the potatoes and curd well until the raw smell of curd fades out

  6. 6

    Continue stirring until the smell fades out and the mix begins to boil and then serve with Chapatis or Tawa Parathas. Also, one can have during fasting, instead of normal salt, one can use rock salt.
