Snack Cracker and Dip

My chef taught me how to make them so I thought it would be wonderful to share it

I wanted to have a written record of our family recipe for dip, so I uploaded it here together with a recipe for gyoza skin sticks.The leftover skin can be eaten too. When it cools down a bit it has a pie crust like texture, which is addictive.Please adjust the seasoning with the amount of soup stock granules you add.Microwave the cream cheese if needed for 10 seconds to soften it.Finely chop the onion and green onion if you prefer. This crab dip recipe was given to me years ago from a friend. It is still one of my favorites.

This is actually my husband's recipe. Our kids beg us to have company so we can fix it. Its addictive... An absolute family favorite.

This doesn't look like much based on the list of ingredients, this is the most addictive, moreish, delish dip that you can imagine. I like to serve it as a pre-dinner nibble with cocktails at dinner parties where I might be light on the veggies during the main.

One of my most requested recipes. I take this to family and friends gatherings and always come home with an empty dish.

Very simple and easy to make. Ingredient amounts were never measured. It was always made to taste and depending on how many people you were serving at that time.

This dip has been a favorite of our family for almost 30 years. Our friends and family ask us to bring it over for gatherings all the time.

Family and friends can't get enough of this deconstructed sushi favorite adapted for dipping. (You can also serve it over sushi rice or regular steamed rice and make a rice bowl meal of it. It's good for 2 or 3 servings that way.)So easy to make and perfect for those holiday parties and potlucks coming up!If you don't have surimi (artificial crab), you can substitute with peeled and precooked shrimp (the smallest size you can find), thawed and thoroughly drained. Of course real lump crab, thoroughly drained, is worth the splurge if you can swing it. ;)

Party special.I wanted a cheese spread for crackers. Something easy, yet taste good. This recipe can be changed in many ways to meet your tastes. Chop some jalapenos, it's spicy. Use other cheeses, I love it with Swiss, Gruyère or Asiago. Any cheese with some flavor works very well. I would not consider this a dip, chips would crumble at the heavy texture.

My friend invited me over for a house party, so I tried to think of some kind of appetizer that I could bring over to have with our drinks. I had some marinated artichokes, so I came up with this.Place any leftover dip into a heatproof dish, top with a bit of pizza cheese, and bake in an oven. We always have WAY too much chili left over (if that's possible) and so this morning my pregnant brain was dreaming of a chili/cream cheese dip. My goal today was to make it happen. Be careful, it is way addictive and way easy to go overboard!

You can replace the tuna with chopped chicken breasts or ground beef .. i hope you will love it ^^

Tzatziki dip....classic Greek appetizer...there was a time when I was obsessed with Greek food...specially the dips...Everytime we went out I would insist on going to a restaurant which served authentic Greek food so that I could order a meze platter...but then I decided to make it at home so I could enjoy it whenever I wanted...and one of those dips is this easy to make and healthy tzatziki sauce or dip...it can be made in advance and is a perfect condiment for burgers or as a dip for pita bread or veggies...This is my contribution to #CookClick

I make this dip for my family every new year's eve , and they enjoy it. We scoop it with the tostitos scoops. Its also great for games.

My aunty wants me to make this for her salon opening... I'd say this is a keeper
