Ingredients

  1. 1Cabbage small,finely sliced
  2. 2Onions finely sliced
  3. 200 grmsFresh coconut grated
  4. fewcurry leaves
  5. 1-2Green chillies slit
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 tbspTurmeric powder
  8. 1 tbspOil
  9. for tempering:
  10. 1 tspOil
  11. 1 tspMustard seeds
  12. 1-2Red chillies dry

Cooking Instructions

    Finely slice the cabbage and onions.Grate the coconut. Take the cabbage, onions, coconuts, curry leaves, Green chillies,oil salt and turmeric in a plate

    Mash everything with your hands. Keep aside for 15 mins.

    Take oil and add the mustard seeds and the chillies once they crackle, add the cabbage mixture

    Cover and cook on slow flame torn 5 to 7 mins.
