Super cheap and tasty recipe. I used only half of the cabbage, that's worth only SGD0.60. Beijing Cabbage is good for its crunchiness, whereas Napa Cabbage will turn soggy easily.

  2. 1/2 pieceBeijing Cabbage, cut into small slices
  3. Other
  4. 2 tspcurry powder
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 400 mlwater
  7. 3 tbspcooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    Heat cooking oil in frying pan using high heat. Add in cabbage and salt, stir fry evenly for 2 minutes.

    Add in curry powder and water. Once starts boiling, let it simmers for 1 minute.

    Ready to serve with rice.
