Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsCabbage
  2. 100 gmsPotato
  3. 1medium onion
  4. 1medium Tomato
  5. 2green chillies
  6. 2 tbspgreen peas
  7. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  8. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  9. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  10. 1/2 tspchilli powder
  11. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  12. 2 tbspcoriander leaves
  13. 1/4 tspgaram masala powder
  14. as neededSalt
  15. as neededSugar

Cooking Instructions

    Take water in a pan and add chopped cabbage, potato small pieces.Let them boil. After boiling set aside.

    Heat oil in pan and add cumin seeds, when they begin to sizzle add onion and stir till brown,add ginger garlic paste and fry till it turns aromatic.

    Add tomato, salt, turmeric powder and fry until tomato turn soft.add spice powder and fry for a minute for the raw smell to go away.Add green peas and stir for a while.

    Add boiled cabbage and potato.Mix well stir for 1 minutes. Add little water, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.

    Cabbage Curry is ready, sprinkle coriander leaves. Serve with rice and roti. You can add some cashews for garnishing.
