Cooking Instructions

Parboil and wash the beans.(do it when is soft)

Peel and wash the sweet potatoes.
- 3
Set the crayfish,onion,pepper,ginger,garlic in the beans to boil when is done put the sweet potatoes and oil.cover and cook for 10minutes.
