Uncle Tim's Simple Spaghetti

Be creative, find a new basic.
This is pretty much something I made to eat for lunch for several days.
Cooking Instructions

Brown 2 lbs Ground beef (add a little water & salt to add tenderness to meat
- 2
Add onions, bell pepper, garlic, & dry seasonings to meat omitting the Bay leaf.

Chop beef with spatula until browned. Drain off excess water. Add Ketchup, Pasta sauce, & Tomato paste. As you begin to start pasta. Cook on low heat. Stir offen. (You can pretty much stir while pasta is prepared.)

Prepare 1 box of spaghetti as directed on the box, but add olive oil & bay leaf.

After pasta is finished, Cool then serve, or mix and store.

When I saw the green bell peppers in the picture, I knew I had to make this dish because I love green bell peppers.TipsMake sure to sauté the ingredients until fragrant before adding the spaghetti and tomato sauce.Since I'm not a big fan of ham, I used half ham and added a bit of sausage. If you want to keep it simple, just use one of them.For those who like it spicy, adding Tabasco at the end is a great idea!

Spaghetti Sauce
Cook time about two and a half hours. You can speed up cook time by cooking the mushrooms and onions in a pan prior to putting them in the sauce. This sauce is not a sweet sauce. I make alot so i can freeze the rest being a basball mom i need stuff to just thaw and heat up. Even better the second day.

Tomato spaghetti is very easy and quick to prepare and requires minimal ingredients so next time when you are home alone or are bored with regular dinner give this spaghetti recipe a try. I gave it a slight Indian touch with onion and ginger garlic paste and also kept it low on spice but you may increase the heat as per your preference. #reststyle
