  2. 1Big onion (large size) (you can use small onions too)
  3. 2Green chilli -
  4. 2Red chilli -
  5. 3Garlic - (finely chopped)
  6. 1 teaspoonCumin seeds -
  7. To TasteSalt

    Ingredients

    Mix all the ingredients

  3. 3

    Add little water and mix well until it becomes a thick batter

  4. 4

    Add oil and heat the tawa

  5. 5

    Press gently with hands

  6. 6

    Cook one side

  7. 7

    Turn around and cook well both sides until the colour changes like in the picture
