Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsSemolina (Semovita)
  2. 1 cupSugar
  3. 250 gramButter
  4. 5Large Eggs
  5. 1 TbspnBaking Powder
  6. 1Tspn Vanilla

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add sugar and butter, mix using whisker

    Break in eggs and whisk together.

  3. 3

    Add Semolina and mix gently.

  4. 4

    Add Baking powder and vanilla. Mix again.

  5. 5

    Spread parchment paper on a baking tray and pour basbousa mixture. I also put some in a foil container.

    Bake in preheated oven at 150°,bake until golden brown, insert toothpick into basbousa when it comes out clean basbousa is ready allow to cool and cut to your desire shapes
