    First of all take a big bowl then poured into the rice powder, maida, malai, mango pulp, malai milk mix it well and give 10minites standing time at home temperature,batar will be thik and smooth,

    At that time we need to make the shira, so take a pan then poured into the water and sugar boiled it and make a thik shira.

    Now our batar is ready for fry, next take a pan for deep fry, then poured into oil and ghee, heat it then the batter poured into the pan one by one fry it until brown colour,

    At last the fried malpoa poured into the shira, now ready for eat tasty deserts.
