Chips and veggie-egg sauce

Ingredients

  1. Irish potatoes
  2. Green leafy vegetables (shredded)
  3. Carrots (diced)
  4. 2eggs
  5. Pepper (blended)
  6. Onions (diced)
  7. Salt
  8. Nutmeg (powdered)
  9. Ginger and garlic powder
  10. Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Wash, peel and cut your potatoes into desired shapes and sizes and fry

  2. 2

    Put 2-3 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan and allow to heat up

  3. 3

    Put half of the diced onion and the carrots and fry until the onion gets transparent

  4. 4

    Put the Vegetables and season with the salt, pepper, ginger and garlic powder the other half of the diced onion and nutmeg.

    Move the contents of the pan to one side, and break in the eggs. Scramble the eggs for a few minutes, until cooked, then, stir the whole sauce together

  6. 6

    Adjust seasoning and serve
