Super soft filled and glazed doughnut

Cooking Instructions

In a bowl add flour,yeast,sugar,milk and whisk..add egg to separate bowl

To egg add warm water and whisk, pour the wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix

Add 1/8 tsp water and knead for 5 min

Add butter and knead until a dough is formed and knead for 30min

Cut the dough into balls,put little butter to the kneading space and make a circle

Place the round ball on tray dusted with flour cover it with clean towel and let it rise for 45_1 hr in warm place

After rising dust ur index finger with flour and punch the middle and make a hole

Fry on low heat oil until golden brown and place on cardboard paper

Or after the dough has rise donot make a hole and fry on low heat until golden brown

For glazing add chilled whipping cream to chill bowl add cold water,icing sugar and mix until its foam add color and glaze the doughnut or insert nozzles with whipping cream to round doughnut and apply some Sprinkle's
