When I got married. I was so confused that who eats pakora curry with roti or Paratha. Nayi nawelii bahuu kuch keh nahin paati thi..I love pakoray ki curry likin sub maza kharab...shaadi ke thoray dino baad phir jub meri saas nay banayii to I said mein rice banalon . She said rice ke sath kaun khata hai... mein nay kaha roti ka koi mood nahin horaha ... she said chalo banalo... woh din tha aur aaj ka din poora ke poora ghar Rice ke sath khanay lug gaya...😄

Cooking Instructions

Put yogurt in blender and add baisan

Add salt red chili powder and turmeric, add water to make a smooth paste and blend it well

Take a small onion and chillies and chopped it
- 4
Just crackle some seeds in the hot oil and add add onion and chili

Fry little bit a to make it soft and add yogurt and baisan mixture followed by the water

Whip it or stir it till the boil comes otherwise the lumps will create. And keep it on medium flame. At least it needs to cook around 20-30 mins. The more you cook, the taste will enhance more and more.

On the other side get prepare pakoray. Take onions, potatoes and chilies.add baisan.

Add some chili powder, sakt and cumin powder. Sprinkle the water and make a paste.

Pour oil in a pan for frying and start frying

Once the curry cooks and you feel the texture is smooth, color turns to yellow. It means your curry is done.

Add pakoras in curry and keep it 2-3 mins on low flame

Start preparation for tarka: Pour oil in pan followed by chilies, curry leaf and cumin seed. Take it out curry in a serving bowl and pour hot oil tarka on the top of hot curry.

I Served with white boiled rice, fried fish and my green signature fried chili 😋
