Ingredients

  1. 1 cupgrated cabbage
  2. 2tsps schezwan chutney
  3. 1 cupchopped onions
  4. 1/2 cuprefined flour (maida)
  5. 1 tbspchopped garlic
  6. 1/4 cupchopped spring onions
  7. 1 tspbaking soda
  8. water
  9. Oil to deep fry
  10. Red chilli sauce, as required
  11. 1little fresh parsley

Cooking Instructions

    Put grated cabbage in a bowl, add refined flour, baking soda, onions, spring onions, salt, garlic, schezwan chutney and water and mix.

    Slide the mixture into hot oil and deep-fry till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. Place the fritters over the sauce, garnish with a little parsley and serve hot.
