Ingredients

20 minutes
3 to 4 person
  1. 2potato cubes boil
  2. 1cucumber slices 🥒
  3. 1onion finely slices
  4. 2sausages slices
  5. 2 tbspGreen olives or black olives
  6. 2 tbspmayonnaise
  7. 1 tbspItalian sauce
  8. 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  9. Pinchred chilli flakes
  10. Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes

    Boil the potatoes.

  2. 2

    Once potatoes are fully cooked then add broccoli and boil for 2 minutes and strain the water.

    Take a bowl add cucumber, onion and salt and mix well and put aside for 5 minutes.

    Squeeze the extra water from cucumber and onion mixture. Then add the potato and broccoli in the bowl.

    Boil the sausages and cut them and add in the bowl.

  6. 6

    Add green olives, mayonnaise, black pepper powder, salt, red chilli flakes and italian sauce.

    Mix well.

    Delicious salad 🥗 is ready to serve 😋.
