My kids come home from their club activities exhausted and hungry. I didn't want to keep them waiting, so I made this real quick with eggs and pork.

You can adjust the amount of egg and Parmesan cheese to your taste.
You don't need to spread out the pork slices. Anyway, this is really easy. Recipe by Ichigoday

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 350 gramsThinly sliced pork
  2. 2Eggs
  3. 1Parsley, minced
  4. 3heaping tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  5. 1 dashBlack pepper
  6. 1Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Beat the egg and add the minced parsley, parmesan cheese, and black pepper. Mix together very well.

    You don't need to spread out the pork slices... coat each slice with the egg mixture.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a frying pan. Cook the pork on medium-low heat, taking care not to burn it. Once they are nicely browned, they're done.
