Ingredients

40-45 mins

  1. 1 kgchicken
  2. 2large onion
  3. 1big tomato
  4. 6-7Red round chillies
  5. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  6. 1big green chilli chopped
  7. 2bay leaves
  8. 2black cardamom
  9. 1 tspcumin
  10. 1/2 tspmethi dana
  11. 1/2 cupyoghurt
  12. 1 tbsp kashmiri lal mirch powder
  13. 1 tspred chilli powder
  14. 1 tspcoriander powder
  15. 2 tbsp roasted n crushed coriander
  16. 1 tsproasted n crushed cumin
  17. 1 tspchaat masala
  18. 1 tspSalt
  19. 1 tspturmeric powder
  20. Coriander for garnish
  21. 1green chilli for garnish

Cooking Instructions

40-45 mins

    In hot oil add methi dana, cumin, cardamom and bay leaves.

    Now add ginger garlic paste and green chopped chilli.fry for a min

  3. 3

    Now add chicken and cook until it changes its colour.add yoghurt, mix and cook until masala is lipta lipta.

    Now add all the spices and give it a good mix.

    Now add onion and tomatoes and mix until everything is well combined.

  6. 6

    Let it cook for another 10 to 15 mins or until tomatoes and onions are soft.

    Garnish with coriander and serve with roti.
