Aromatic veal chops Aromatic veal chops
Incredibly juicy and tender, it takes mere 15-20 minutes to prepare these veal chops. Deep golden on the outside, slightly pink on the inside, it both looks and tastes absolutely amazing!Veal has a delicate, mild flavour compared to beef, with a tender, velvety-like texture. There are two types of veal chops: veal loin chops and veal rib chops. Veal loin chops, or porterhouse chops, are similar to T-bones, whereas veal rib chops are from the upper section of the rib roast. A bit smaller than loin chops, they're extremely tender and juicy.Once you have marinated the chops, you just have to pan-sear them and finish them in the oven. No hassles of grilling or long hours of cooking!Sure, it’s not as fancy but this recipe is perfect for every occasion. Sarvat Hanif -

Shahi Mutton Kasundi Shahi Mutton Kasundi
#post21 - This is a real shahi dish where mutton is cooked in a creamy mustard gravy. It goes well with pulao, jeera rice, plain Biryani, tandoori roti, naan or any Indian bread. In this recipe, I have added kasundi (bottled Bengali mustard sauce) and almond paste to make the consistency more rich and creamy. So you have an easy and a yummy mutton curry to relish. In case of non-availability of kasundi, you can use some homemade ground mustard paste. So go ahead and try this delectable dish and relish with any form of rice preparation or Indian bread. I marinated the mutton with yoghurt, ginger-garlic paste, and other dry spices before continuing with my cooking process. The end result was simply awesome with a hint of mustard flavour and the creaminess coming from the ground paste of almonds. It is a great party recipe for special occasions. #goldenapron Bethica Das -

Balti Gosht Balti Gosht
#post18 - This is a Pakistani style mutton curry called Balti Gosht, which is very popular in North India, Pakistan and UK. This yummy dish can be enjoyed with plain biryani, pulao, kulcha, naan or tandoori roti. It is unsure how the name originated. According to some sauces, it is derived from the fact that it was cooked / served in an iron wok resembling a balti (bucket). Few are of the opinion that it has it's origin from a place in Pakistan called Baltistan. Whatever be the reason, this yummy mutton curry is a must try recipe. #goldenapron Bethica Das -
Brined pork chops Brined pork chops
I love pork chops but they are hard to keep moist, especially when reheated. I found this recipe online and tweaked it a bit and the chops stand up to reheating and are moist and delicious.buckeyejay1962
