Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 stalkCelery
  2. 1 1/2 tbspa) Soy sauce
  3. 1 tbspa) Sesame oil
  4. 1 tspa) Ra-yu
  5. 1/2 tspa) Vinegar
  6. 1/3 tspa) Sugar
  7. 1Salt
  8. 1 tspWhite sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and dry the celery. Remove the fibers. Cut into 5cm long pieces. Lightly salt.

  2. 2

    Mix the "a" ingredients together. Pour the mixture into a plastic container or plastic bag and add the celery. Set aside for 10 minutes (add chili pepper to taste).

  3. 3

    Just before serving, garnish with sesame seeds.
