Cooking Instructions

Wash and dry the celery. Remove the fibers. Cut into 5cm long pieces. Lightly salt.

Mix the "a" ingredients together. Pour the mixture into a plastic container or plastic bag and add the celery. Set aside for 10 minutes (add chili pepper to taste).

Just before serving, garnish with sesame seeds.
