Cooking Instructions

Boil chickpeas

Make paste of onion and green chillies

In wok heat oil then add onion paste add ginger garlic paste and cumin seeds,mix

When onion change its color Add red chilli powder turmeric powder coriander powder

Salt and tomato paste cook for 5,7 minutes

Add chicken powder

Then add boiled chickpeas cook for 4,6 minutes then add 1 cup of water in the end add kasori methi

Delicious lahori cholay are ready serve with boiled rice naan or pori
