Add Cooksnap

1 poundground beef
1/2large onion chopped
1/2large green pepper chopped
4 clovesgarlic, minced
1 packetsazon with saffron (I use Goya)
1 tablespoongarlic powder
1 tablespooncomplete seasoning
2 tablespoonsground cumin
1/4 cupraisins
1/2 cupstuffed pimento manzanilla olives
1small can tomato sauce

Cooking Instructions

Brown ground beef with green pepper, onion and garlic.

Add garlic powder, complete seasoning, cumin and simmer a few minutes

Add raisins and olives and simmer 2 more minutes.

Add tomato sauce.

Stir well, reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 20 minutes.

Serve over white rice
