Picadillo de Carne
This is a very simple and quick recipe to make.
Steps

Heat a skillet with the oil and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the ground beef and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned.

Add the cumin, chopped chili pepper, paprika, parsley, oregano, and thyme. Cook for a few minutes.

Add the water and the rest of the vegetables. Cook until the vegetables are just tender.

Add the olives, capers, and tomato sauce. Mix well, heat for a few minutes, and serve with rice. In the photo, I served it with brown jasmine rice.
