No story, just good cooking

So I'm a concoction cooker, and for a few family holiday meals this is one of my favorite things to make; this is the 1st time I've actually been able to put the recipe into measurability (my new neologism), so if it's liked enough I may consider doing this again.

This is a simple recipe for chicken breasts tasty and easy. You can use almost any spices to flavor it as much or as little as you like. Or, marinade it in the spices for a more intense flavor. Delish!

This steak is the Bomb!! I seasoned the steak with season salt, then marinated in a mixture of 1/2 cup orange juice, 1/4 cup worchestershire, 3 tbsp minced garlic, 1/4 olive oil.

The sauce itself is quite oily, reduce amount of oil if your prefer. This is great over plain rice. Flavours aren't over powering but they all blend in together. Turned out really nice.
