Coat skillet pan with olive oil cooking spray and butter. Add chicken, salt, pepper & Worcestershire sauce, Brown to taste.

Add veggies to pan, cook until mushrooms and green onions turn color.

Slice 1 tomato. Toast bread in toaster or oven or on the stove. After toasting add barbeque sauce to both bread pieces.

Add skillet items to bread, top with sliced cheese, top with slice tomato, top with sandwich sliced pickle, to add a crunch top with tortilla chips and close burger.

To add more to the plate you can do fries, steamed veggie like asparagus or cauliflower. To complete the food pyramid add your favorite fruit like I did. Enjoy!
