I really wanted to eat churros, so I fried some using my choux pastry dough recipe. It's not as delicate as choux pastry dough, so it is not that difficult to make this churro snack!Fry in oil while the dough is still warm. Recipe by Kantande oishiigasuki cookpad.japan -
Cocoa Churros Cocoa Churros
I made these for breakfast on my day off. You can make these with ingredients available at home, and it makes a wonderful breakfast with a side of fruits.Aim for the dough to be the consistency that's easy to pipe out. Wait for the oil to heat up before frying the dough. I advise using a star-shaped nozzle or else the dough may explode when deep frying. The dough has sugar, so you can eat it as is itself, or coat with cinnamon sugar as shown in the photo, or with melted chocolate as they do in Spain.
