This is on many restaurant menus, but I wanted to eat it at home so I made it. Sesame seeds really makes it fragrant.

Cooking Instructions

Slice the cucumbers thinly, sprinkle salt and mix, and leave for 5 minutes. Squeeze out excess water by wrapping it in paper towels.

Mix the * ingredients together to make the vinegar sauce.

Take the crabmeat out of the can and drain in a sieve. Rinse quickly, and squeeze out the water.

Put the cucumbers and crabmeat in a bowl, add the vinegar sauce and mix well. Done!
