Cooking Instructions
- 1
Add olive oil to a pan. Chop the onions, add and stir them until they are pink.
- 2
Add the minced beef and stir them until all turn color, and all the water is gone.
- 3
Add the chilli and tomato pastes along with the spices; a pinch of salt, ground black pepper and ground hot chilli pepper.
- 4
Cut out the veins of kale, chop them and add them to the pan. Mix them.
- 5
Add half cup of water and wait it to be cooked for 20 min.
- 6
(optional) Press 2 cloves of garlic into a cup of full fat yogurt. Add a pinch of salt and mix well.
- 7
I really like adding this yogurt sauce to spinach or kale dishes with minced beef. So give it a try or enjoy without. "Afiyet olsun!"

Fennel Frond Yogurt Sauce Fennel Frond Yogurt Sauce

I ate some samosas at a festival stand which were served with yogurt sauce. It was so delicious that I asked the chef how he made it. This recipe is based on the ingredients that he taught me.You can also mince the mint leaves. Chill the sauce in the fridge after you blend it (to firm it up again). For 2 servings.
