Ingredients

  1. Semovita
  2. Red pepper scotch bonnet tomatoes and onions
  3. Nutmeg, garlic,cloves, ginger
  4. Locust (grinded)
  5. to tasteSeasonings
  6. Palm oil
  7. Salt
  8. Meat

Steps

  1. 1

    Place a pot on fire add ur required water for tuwo cover and allow to boil,pour semovita powder in a clean bowl add water to foam a paste den pour it to the boiling water and mix well den cover to cook for 5-10minutes den u add more semovita powder as required and mix well den u cover and allow to cook for 2minutes den u mould it using a white leather

    Place ur soup pot on fire add ur Palm oil and fry den u add ur grinded red pepper scotch bonnet tomatoes, onions,garlic and stir fry den u add ur cooking water as required,cover and allow to boil

  3. 3

    Wen it boils den u add ur grinded nutmeg, cloves, ginger, and daddawa including ur seasonings and already cooked meat allow to cook for 20minutes

  4. 4

    Then u take it off d fire add add ur baubao powder and whisk it very well den u place it back on fire and allow to cook for 5minutes den u serve
