Naporitan (ナポリタン) - Spaghetti with ketchup sauce

This is something that reminds me my childhood in Japan. This is still my favourite dish so I occasionally cook it by myself.
At this time, I cooked it with ingredients that I could get from the kitchen in my office in the UK. But ideally, I want to use tomato sauce instead of chopped tomato, normal onion (not red one), 🌽, and bitter green pepper(ピーマン).

Start boiling spaghetti without adding salt to the boiled water. Ketchup already contains enough salt so don’t worry about it. You can add salt if you prefer a firm taste

Cut veggies and bacons

Prepare a frying pan to heat olive oil and put garlic in it when the oil is ready

Fry bacon for about 2 mins

Then fry vegetables for about 3 mins with a pinch of salt and white pepper

Add the sauce to the frying pan and mix everything on the pan well with low heat
- 7
Add boiled spaghetti to the frying pan and put sliced butter on it. And then mix them well as quick as possible. The sauce is not that watery.

Serve your pasta with chopped paserly or grated cheese if you have one! (but I didn’t this time, as I was lazy.)
