Take the bread and cut it into triangle shape with knife.Heat the ghee and deep fry the bread slices till golden brown.Remove them kitchen towel.Make sugar syrup.Add cardamom powder to the water.

Remove the pan from heat and keep aside.Boil milk in a heavy bottom pan.Reduce the flame and allow to simmer.keep stirring at regular intervals, continue to do this till the milk is reduced to less than half of the original quantity. Add sugar and allow to dissolve it in milk.add the cardamom powder and allow to cool to room temperature.Keep in a refrigerator to chill.

Dip bread slices in sugar syrup for 5-10 seconds. Remove them on the serving plate.Top with chilled rabdi.Garnish with almonds and pistachios.Serve chilled.
