  • 2 tbspLehson adrak ka paste
  • 1/2 cupFry pyaz
  • Sabat garam masala (4 long, 1 cilimon stick, 5 adad sabat kali mirch, chutti ilaichi 3 adad, bari ilaichi 1 adad, badian k phol 2 adad, sabat zeera 1 tsp, kala zeera 1 tsp, taez ptta 1 adad)

  • 4sabat hari mirchain
  • 1 tspgaram masala powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Aik bara bowl lain us me ghost dalain or oil, tmater, chawal, sabat hari mirch, or sabat garam masala chor kr baki sary ingredients ghost me add kr dain. Ab achay sy mix krain or 4 hours k lye chor dain.

    Ab cooker me oil dalain is me sabat garam masala dal kr karkarain. Ab ghost or tmater shamil krain or bhonain. Ab cooker me 2 sy 3 glass pani dal kr ghost ko 80 percent gala lein. Jab ghost gal jai to usy khule daichky me dalain or chawalon ko 30 mint tk bigho dain.

    Jab ghost ka pani khushk ho jai to usy achi trah bhonain jb oil uper aa jai to chawal or sabat hari mirchain shamil krain or itna pani dalain k pulao tyar ho jai.

  4. 4

    Pulao tyar ho jai to podiny ki chutny or khiron k sath serve krain.
