Ingredients

  • 100 gmkhoya/mawa
  • 2 tbspmilk made
  • 4 tbspcastor sugar
  • 1 tsppistachio for decoration
  • 1 tspclarified butter/ghee
  • 7-8string kesar soak in warm milk

Steps

  1. 1

    First take a non-stick pan add ghee than add khoya or mawa cook it till it melts

  2. 2

    Than add milkmaid and kesar cook it again for 5 minutes than cool down the mixture little bit than add sugar and mix well

  3. 3

    Add pistachios on top enjoy kesar modak
