Raw dates halwa is really delicious in taste , we can use both colours dates yellow and red for making halwa. can have this during fast.
Steps

First, wash and cut the raw dates to remove the seeds. Soak saffron in little milk and keep aside.

Now in a blender jar add raw dates and blend them to make paste. Now add 1/4 cup of milk and again blend for few seconds.

Now heat ghee in a pan, add blended dates and cook for 3 - 4 mins on low to medium heat.(stir continue).

Now add mawa and, stir well and cook for another 2 mins. (roast the mawa in another pan for 2-3 mins on low flame before adding).

Now add saffron (soaked in milk)and remaining milk, stir continously and cook until moisture evaporates or ghee comes on surface.

Now add sugar, stir and cook for 2 mins. add cardamom powder and chopped nuts.stir for a min.and switch off the flame.

Delicious Raw dates fasting halwa is ready to serve.
