Steps

Tomato, Adrak, Lehsan, Onion ka paste banaya.

Phool gobhi clean kar ke usko pani me dal diya.

Aalu option hai. apki marzi ap dalen ya na dalen. mein ne 2,3 potato ke chotay piece kar liye.

Beef ki botiyon ko boil kar ke alag karliya.means iska pani dry kar liya.

Tomato onion paste ko ik pateelay me 4 tbsp oil dal ke stove pe rakhenge. phir usme zeera powder add karenge.

Haldi pisi hoi add karenge.

Red chilli powder add karenge.

Dhaniya powder add karenge aur achi tarha masala bhunainge.

Jab oil uppar ajaye ga to usme beef add kar ke pakayenge.

Thora bhun ke usme potato and phool gobhi dal ke 6,7 min pakaeynge.

Phir hasb.e.zaroirat Salt add kar ke itna pani dalenge jitna apko graivi chahiye. phir usay tez aanch me 5-7 min dam par pakayenge last me garammasala sprinkle kar genge.

Hamari dish ready hai. Dish out karen.aap isay plane rice ke sath serve karen.
