Prepare the breadcrumbs: In a bowl, mix all the spices (bay leaf, thyme, rosemary, marjoram, garlic salt, onion salt, pepper, chicken bouillon, and cornstarch). Once well mixed, add 4 tablespoons of the herb and spice mixture to the breadcrumbs and combine thoroughly.

Dip the chicken breast in milk, then coat it with the prepared breadcrumbs to bread the chicken.

Heat enough oil and add the chicken breast, cooking until well done on both sides.
