Wash the rice and boil it i added 1tsp oil together with tumeric and salt to taste

For the meat,fry the onion when it starts changing colour add ginger,garlic to brown add the meat some garam masala salt stir add water to boil

For i added plain yougurt in the meat when the meat was drying the water

Serve the rice and meat so yummy
