Ingredients

Cook for 7minutes until boiling
  • 200-300 gYellow Melon diced
  • 100 gSugar
  • 50 gDolop Cream or Thicken Cream
  • 5 gCinammon powder
  • 20 gVanilla Sugar
  • 2 mlVanilla Essence or Rum

Steps

Cook for 7minutes until boiling

    Dice Yellow Melon (or Kiwi fruit if making Kiwi Soup)

    Place fruits in a blender then puree content

    Add Sugar, Vanilla Powder, rum essence, Cinnamon to blender

    Boil in a pot for 7 minutes then serve cold with dollop or thicken cream
