Dried chilli peppers + red onions + garlic had been cleaned and cut onto small portion

Blend all the portion ingredients with 2 cup of boiling water until the mixture is mash but not too mash huh 😩

Pour 3 cups of cooking oil into cooking pot and start warming the oil with low heat till the oil fumes start to appear, and put all the mixture ingredients together 🤒🤫

While waiting for the chili's mixture to fried to it best condition, cut the sausage packs into small parts and fried it on fried pan, you can also use air fryer or pressure cooker or something else what you gotla dei.😅

Warning : Hardest part!!!😬, Let the ingredients fried with oil till its seems to bubble up on the surface of the cooking pot, observation : the colour of chilli mixture turn from flaming red to dark red. 😡⏭️😠

Add 2 teaspoon of salt and 3 pieces of tamarind peel😉

Mix the fried sausage with the chili mixture and off the heat and now the "Spicy Beef Sausagr Sambal" is ready to rock your mouth🌶️👅🌶️👅
