Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2 Cupsrice rinsed and soaked for 15 minutes
  2. 1/2 cupsoyabean chunks soaked in warm water
  3. 1sliced onion
  4. 1chopped carrot
  5. 1/2 cuppeas
  6. 1sliced potato (optional)
  7. 1chopped tomato
  8. as per tasteSalt
  9. 1 tbspredchilly powder
  10. 1 tbspKashmiri lal mirch
  11. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  12. 1 tbspcumin seeds
  13. 2 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Take a cooker add oil, add cumin seeds and then add onions and cook it for a minute. Then add all spices and stir it well, now add carrots, tomatoes, potatoes, peas, soyabean chunks(squeeze water from it while adding)mix all well.

    Now add rice and mix all the ingredients well now add 2 cups of water and cover the lid and cook it till 2 whistles come. Then cool down the pressure as it's own. And our soyabean rice pulao is ready to serve with boondi raita.Enjoy
