Heat tava. take a small ball from dough.

Roll it into Small roti and spread some ghee over it. spread khajur paste and all dry fruits.

Seal it properly.dust it with flour and roll like roti.grease the tava with ghee.

Cook the parantha on medium to low flame from both the sides applying some ghee.cook till it Cooked perfectly.

Once done take out on the serving plate.garnish it with some dry fruits and serve hot.
