Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 400 gramwheat flour
  2. 2 tbsgram flour
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1 tspturmeric powder
  6. 2 tspoil
  7. 4 tspkasuri methi
  8. 1 tsphing(asafoetida)
  9. 50 mlwater
  10. 2 tspcoriander leaves
  11. as neededOil for roasting

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all above ingredients to form a dough and let it rest for 5 Minutes

    After 5 minutes make balls from it

    Now by using rolling pan give it round shape

    Apply oil and keep it on hot tava and raost it till golden brown
