Ingredients

  1. 1 glassrice
  2. 170 gmssugar
  3. 3-4 dropsyellow food colour
  4. 1 pinchcardamom powder
  5. 1 tspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pressure cooker add 2 glasses water, add ghee add rice colour and ghee mix well.

  2. 2

    Cook it for 2-3 whistles on medium flame.

  3. 3

    Sweet rice ready, remove the steam and serve.
