Gujurati Khaman Dhokla

At first, take a mixing bowl sieve gram flour (Besan), then add semolina, and add other ingredients mentioned above except baking soda then mix well and make a smooth batter of Dhokla consistency. Add water if required.

Then rest it for 20-25 minutes.

Now add Baking soda and mix well. Then immediately steam the Dhokla batter for 15 - 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, temper the tempering ingredients in a pan.

Then transfer the Dhokla to a plate and cut it and pour the tempering ingredients soon after tempering it.

Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and 2 tbsp fresh grated coconut.

Finally, serve it with chutney and sauce.
