Ingredients

6 people
  • 3avocados, ripe
  • 1/2red onion, diced fine
  • 4 clovesgarlic, minced
  • 2Roma tomatoes
  • 1/3-1/2 cupcilantro
  • 1lime juiced
  • 1 packetguac seasoning
  • 1/2 cupsour cream
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Steps

  1. 1

    Half the avocados. Remove pit and put in medium mixing bowl. Smash until they are the consistency you want.

  2. 2

    Add diced tomatoes, onions, garlic, cilantro and juice of 1 lime.

  3. 3

    Mix together. Add seasoning and sour cream.

    Cover and chill for at least 1 hour

  5. 5

    Serve with tortilla chips.
