Ingredients

1part oats
1part Milk/water. You can also use plant-based milk like almond milk, coconut milk, cashew milk or oat milk
Chia Seeds (optional)
Greek or vegan yogurt (optional)
honey or maple syrup
toppings: fresh fruit, dried fruit, nut butters, nuts, seeds and spices (like cinnamon, nutmeg or cardamom)
toppings e.g.: peanut butter, strawberry jelly, fresh cut strawberries and crushed peanuts
toppings e.g.: chopped apples, pecans, maple syrup and ground cinnamon
toppings e.g: banana, nutella, nuts

Com bine oats, seeds, yogurt, syrup and mix

Chill overnight - add toppings overnight - also possible

Next morning, grab a spoon, add your favorite toppings, warm (if desirable) and dig in
