Wash and dry Bhindi with clean napkin.

Cut bhindi in to long medium size.

Take pan and heat 1 tbsp oil.

Saute Bhindi for 5 min on medium flame.

Take out Bhendi and add 2 tbsp oil in same pan.

Add cumin seeds and allow to flutter.

Add onions and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add Funnel seeds (sounf) and Carrom seeds (Ajwain). Saute for 1/2 minute.

Add ginger Garlic paste and Saute for 1 minute.

Add tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes turns mushy.

Add Turmeric powder, Chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well.

Saute for 1 minute on low flame.

Add 1 bowl of fresh Curd/ yogurt.

Mix and cook for 2 minutes.

Add kasoori Methi.

Add Bhindi and mix well.

Add salt as per taste.

Cover and cook for 5 min on low flame.

Turn off gas flame. And sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves.

Healthy and chatpati Bhindi Masala is ready to serve.
