In a pot pour in water,milk,sugar rice flour and mix wall until is smooth and no balls,place on fire on low heat and keep stirring until is thick.

While stirring the puree,suck the almond with warm water,pile the back out,break it in pieces and stir fry in pan on low heat without oil,just fry brown a little.

Now pour half of the almond and cardamom in the puree and keep stirring until is more thick but not too thick,you can add milk or water if it is to thick,off the heat serve with almonds on top and drink it hot and enjoy.

You can keep in frige for 3day just warm when ever you want to drink.
